Licenses and approvals
Roslin Cells holds appropriate licenses:
- from the Human Fertilisation and Embryo Agency (HFEA) for the use of human embryos for research and the derivation of stem cell lines
- and the Human Tissue Authority (HTA) for the processing, testing, storage and distribution of human tissue for human application
In addition we monitor the evolving regulatory environment in European and US markets and work to comply with all regulations affecting GMP production of human stem cells lines.
