We are fully committed to quality, GMP standards and continuous improvement. Our Quality Management System is designed specifically to comply with GMP and is ISO9001:2008 accredited. Roslin Cells actively drives best practise for the industry by participating in the National Clinical Human Embyronic Stem Cell Quality Forum. The company also participates in The International Stem Cell Initiative, a worldwide collaboration, consisting of experts in hES cell research, set up to establish a set of standards for the characterization of hES cell lines. Additionally, we participate in the International Stem Cell Banking Initiative, helping to develop a global network of stem cell banks which is used as a knowledge sharing platform on ethical and regulatory issues, as well as developing an agreed set of consensus international minimum standards for banking, characterisation and testing.
In line with GMP standards, our Quality Assurance department is independent of all other departments and works to ensure our quality standards and regulatory complianceis continuously upheld.
