The Company

Roslin Cells is a Scottish Biotechnology company, founded in 2006 by the Roslin Institute with the support of the University of Edinburgh, the Scottish National Blood Transfusion Service and Scottish Enterprise. The company operates on a not-for-profit basis whereby any surplus revenues generated will be reinvested into stem cell research.

The Company is committed to providing high quality clinical grade pluripotent stem cells for use in therapy, screening of new drug candidates and research. The Company has developed the facilities, expertise and methodologies for the translation of cell therapies from the early fundamental research stage into GMP compliant process suitable for manufacture of product for human application.
